WEEK #1: Your Recruiting and Hiring Processes: The steps for quickly and efficiently "getting good people on your bus" and ensuring the right person is hired for the right reason and for the right position so they become long term loyal employees.
WEEK #2: Your Onboarding and Orientation Processes: The steps you'll use to prepare for a new employee, to greet them respectfully, to introduce them to your company and to orient them to their new position. The goal is to 'blow them away' with how organized and systematic you are.
WEEK #3: Your Employee Training Process: The steps you'll take to ensure they know exactly what is expected of them, and how to achieve those expectations. This is one of the keys to getting them oriented to your systematic approach.
WEEK #4: Your One on One Manager's Meeting Process: A management process that ensures all of your employees are achieving what is expected of them including paying attention to their processes and job description. This is going to be one of the keys for keeping your processes current and making sure they get used.
WEEK #5: Your Employee Evaluation Process: There are at least 2 evaluation periods. The first is their probation period; either 30/60/90 days, depending on the complexity of the position. The second is their annual evaluation.
WEEK #6: Your Task Delegation Process: This is another management process that will make sure tasks are delegated effectively and followed up with reporting loops to ensure all deadlines and expectations are achieved.
Each live meeting will run approximately 60 minutes over a 6 week period.
